New Moon's 13th Birthday Party!

Seven years ago, we held the first New Moon Dogsledding Adventure for girls and their parents! Today, two of our adult editors travelled to Ely, Minnesota, for this month's dogsledding adventure. They'll be joined by Girls Editorial Board Members Clare and Sonja this weekend.

Our guides from Wintergreen Dog Sledding lead the mushing during the day, and New Moon editors lead writing workshops in the evenings. New Moon also hosts a Dolphin Camp every summer--the next one is scheduled for July 6-11, 2006. If you've ever dreamed of swimming with dolphins, here's your chance!
